Job Description

Position:

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Telecalling Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone. Freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the real estate sector are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients to promote real estate projects.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and location advantages clearly and convincingly.
Generate interest and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain and update lead databases and call records.
Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into site visits or meetings.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate project recommendations.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead handover and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.

Requirements:

Education:
Graduate (any stream)
Experience:
0–1 year; freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can apply.
Skills:

Excellent verbal communication
Good listening and persuasion skills
Ability to handle rejections positively
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry preferred)

Personality Traits:

Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented
Willingness to learn and adapt
Professional and polite phone etiquette
