Telecalling Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves interacting with potential or existing customers over the phone to generate leads, promote products/services, handle customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively. Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information. Follow up with customers to achieve sales targets and ensure repeat business. Maintain call logs, reports, and follow-up records in CRM or spreadsheets. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or services. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for effective lead management. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English/regional language). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.). Persuasive and goal-oriented attitude.
