Job Title: Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive: Company: Bhupati Reality Homes Location: Noida Sector 63, D-Block, D-215 Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply) Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers generated through Facebook ads, website inquiries, and other lead sources Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead updates Ensure excellent customer experience and relationship building Required Skills & Qualifications: Good communication skills in Hindi Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality Ability to handle objections and close leads Basic knowledge of computers, CRM, or Excel Prior experience in real estate telecalling is an advantage Target-oriented and disciplined work approach Preferred Candidate Profile: Female Experience in real estate, insurance, banking, or telesales preferred Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome Salary & Benefits: Fixed salary + attractive incentives Performance-based bonuses Growth opportunities within the company Supportive work environment Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
