Position: Telecaller Company: Avni Enterprises Jewellery Company Location: Pratap Nagar, Jaipur Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 10000-15000 Job Overview:Avni Enterprises Jewellery Company is seeking a dedicated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for calling potential buyers to receive and process orders for our premium jewellery products. Your role will involve building strong customer relationships, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing buyers, providing information about our jewellery products and taking orders. Order Processing: Accurately receive orders from customers, ensuring all details (such as design preferences, sizes, and quantities) are correctly recorded. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Avni Enterprises’ product range, including styles, designs, and promotions to provide customers with relevant information. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries about product details, prices, availability, and order status. Follow-Up: Follow up with customers who have shown interest or placed orders to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns. Sales Support: Assist customers in placing orders, guiding them through the purchasing process, and suggesting additional products as appropriate. Database Management: Update and maintain customer information, ensuring the order history and preferences are recorded accurately in the system. Reports: Provide regular updates to management on call outcomes, sales, and customer feedback. Skills & Qualifications: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi And English. Customer-Oriented: A strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships. Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required. Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and understand the details of our jewellery products and services. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other relevant tools for tracking and managing orders and customer interactions. Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process orders and follow instructions with minimal errors. Multitasking: Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, managing both customer calls and administrative duties. Preferred Traits: Confidence: Comfortable speaking with customers and handling sales calls. Team Player: Ability to work well with the sales and customer service team to achieve business goals.
