Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products.

* Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.

* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information.

* Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

* Maintain and update customer databases and call records.

* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

* Follow up with potential customers and schedule appointments, if required.

* Gather and record customer feedback for process improvement.

* Adhere to company scripts, compliance, and quality standards.

* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 12 years of experience in telecalling or telesales roles.

* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

* Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

* Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

* Knowledge of regional language (Tamil) is an advantage.
