Job Title: Telecalling Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a confident and persuasive Telecalling Executive to generate leads, promote our products/services, and assist in customer outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to build long-term relationships with prospects and clients. Key Responsibilities: Make outgoing calls to potential customers, existing clients, or leads provided by the company. Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about products/services. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers. Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets. Address customer queries and resolve issues professionally. Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for campaign promotions and updates. Provide feedback and insights gathered from calls to improve marketing strategies.
