We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales/admission process. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers, parents, or clients as per daily calling data. Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about products/services. Explain offerings clearly and effectively to generate interest. Follow up with leads and update responses in CRM or call records. Schedule appointments and campus/office visits. Maintain proper records of calls, inquiries, and conversions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets. Handle customer queries and objections politely and professionally. Coordinate with the sales/admission team for successful closures. Provide regular reporting to the supervisor/manager. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred Good communication skills in Hindi, English & Marathi (preferred) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp tools) Confident speaker with persuasive ability Target-oriented and self-motivated Freshers can apply; experience is an advantage Working Hours:[Example: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM] Salary & Benefits:As per company policy + Attractive Incentives
