Telecallers / Sales Coordinators

As a Telecaller Sales Coordinator in the Real Estate industry, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Facilitating and enabling clients to purchase, rent, and sell properties for a fair price - Supporting and confidently leading clients through the entire real estate process - Matching customer preferences and budget requirements with a suitable property - Setting appointments for the Sales Team Member to meet with clients to show prospective properties and/or close deals - Guiding clients through properties of interest and emphasizing the features and benefits - Answering any questions clients might have regarding the property, neighborhood, etc. - Assessing competitive market prices through property comparisons - Being knowledgeable of prices and values in the current market - Researching and exploring local neighborhoods to ascertain various surroundings - Preparing and processing required documentation including contracts, deeds, leases, etc. - Keeping updated on deadlines and deliveries of various projects - Analyzing, checking, maintaining, and updating property/client lists, leads distribution, and CRM system Qualifications required for this role include: - Self-sufficiency and self-motivation to succeed in the sales process - Professionalism, integrity, responsibility, and accountability - Previous experience in sales or marketing is essential - Real estate sales experience is preferable but not essential - Knowledge about the Gurgaon real estate market will be a plus - Being persistent and proactive - Excellent communication skills with good negotiating abilities - Dynamic personality and ability to connect with people - Flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients - Strong interpersonal skills - Positive attitude and team playing ability - Desire to learn - Detail-oriented - Efficient multi-tasker with good time management skills - No hesitancy in calling up people - Computer literate Please note that the company is looking for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and effective in convincing people.
