Sale Executives and Team Leaders

You will be responsible for facilitating and enabling clients to purchase, rent, and sell properties for a fair price. Your key responsibilities will include: - Setting appointments to meet with clients and sales team members to show prospective properties - Supporting and confidently leading clients through the entire real estate process - Guiding clients through properties of interest, emphasizing the features and benefits - Matching customer preferences and budget requirements with a suitable property - Answering any questions clients might have regarding the property, neighbourhood, etc. - Assessing competition and competitive market prices through property comparisons - Staying knowledgeable of prices and values in the current market - Researching and exploring local neighbourhoods to ascertain various surroundings - Keeping updated on deadlines and deliveries of various projects - Analyzing, checking, maintaining, and updating property/client lists and CRM systems - Keeping the management apprised of leads/sales through CRM systems and direct team meetings Qualifications required for this role include: - Self-sufficiency and self-motivation to succeed in sales - Professionalism, integrity, responsibility, and accountability - Previous experience in sales or marketing is essential - Real estate sales experience is preferable; non-real estate personnel must have very good sales credentials - Knowledge about the Gurgaon real estate market will be a plus - Persistence and proactive attitude - Excellent communication skills - Dynamic personality and ability to connect with people - Flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients - Strong interpersonal skills - Positive attitude and team-playing ability - Enjoy networking and meeting new people - Good communication and negotiation skills - Desire to learn - Detail-oriented - Efficient multi-tasker - Good time management skills - Computer literate - Own conveyance essential for certain roles The company is looking for individuals who are confident, proactive, and effective in convincing people.
