Job Summary:
The Telecaller Executive will contact potential and existing Customers/Partners over the phone, promote our products/services, and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services.Lead Generation: Identify and generate sales leads through effective telemarketing strategies.Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, and address any concerns.Sales Pitch: Deliver scripted sales pitches to persuade customers to purchase products/services.Follow-Up: Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales leads.Feedback Collection: Collect and document customer feedback to help improve products/services and customer experience.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.Desired Candidates:1-Experience 1-2 yrs2-Good & Effective communication skills3-Knowledge of the Financial Services & Insurance sector
