Role Overview:

As a Telecaller for Corporate IT Sales, you will be an essential part of our sales engine. You will reach out to target organizations' IT departments and procurement to generate interest, qualify leads, and set up meetings for senior sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective corporate clients
• Present our IT / telecom / cloud solutions in a clear, confident manner
• Qualify inbound / outbound leads (decision makers, budget, needs)
• Schedule product demos, meetings, site visits
• Maintain lead pipeline in CRM & follow up persistently
• Coordinate with sales / technical team for quotes, clarifications
• Achieve monthly targets (calls made, leads generated, appointments booked)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1+ years of telecalling / inside sales experience, preferably in IT / telecom / B2B
• Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
• Confidence & ability to engage with C-level / mid-level executives
• Target driven, self-motivated, resilient
• Ability to learn product features & value propositions quickly
• Comfort using CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce or similar)
