Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tele sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving company revenue by generating quality leads, making outbound sales calls, and converting prospects into customers. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting suitable product solutions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company’s products and services. Follow up on leads promptly and maintain a consistent sales pipeline. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable offerings. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Record and maintain accurate information in CRM systems. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through effective communication. Required Qualifications & Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong command of English and Hindi. Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient to rejection. Minimum education: High school (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
