Job Description

Position Overview As a Real Estate Telecaller, you are the bridge between our properties and potential buyers. Your primary role is to generate and qualify leads through targeted phone outreach, support the sales team, and schedule site visits to drive conversions and revenue Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients introducing current and upcoming property listings Qualify leads, address queries, provide property details, and handle objections with tailored solutions Schedule appointments and coordinate site visit timings with clients and sales agents Maintain and update CRM records with client details, call logs, and lead status Follow up with leads periodically to nurture interest and push toward conversion Track and aim to meet or exceed performance targets (number of calls, qualified leads, meetings set) Stay informed on market trends and property features to accurately inform clients Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead handoff and feedback flow Looking for female Telecallers
