Job Description: We are hiring a confident and result-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads or appointments. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound queries and provide correct information. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Follow up with interested customers and close leads when required. Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team. Maintain professionalism and adhere to call scripts or guidelines. Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
