Job Description

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain Unacademy courses and subscriptions Understand students’ academic needs and recommend suitable programs (IIT-JEE, NEET, Foundation, etc.) Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information about courses, pricing, and features Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and reports in the CRM Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets Address objections professionally and resolve basic queries Coordinate with the sales and academic teams when required Required Skills & Qualifications Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus) Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and persuasive conversations Basic knowledge of competitive exams like IIT-JEE / NEET is preferred Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Google Sheets, Excel) Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or EdTech sales experience is an advantage
