Job Title: Telly Caller / Inside Sales Executive Location: Star Gifts, Qutab Road, Narain Market, Sadar Bazaar, New Delhi, Delhi Company: Star Gifts Industry: Gifting & Home Decor (B2B) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 years preferred in B2B sales or tele-calling About the Company: We are a fast-growing B2B company specializing in premium gift items and stylish home décor products. Our clients include corporates, retailers, resellers, and event companies across India. With a focus on quality, design, and customer satisfaction, we bring thoughtful products that make lasting impressions. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients including corporates, gifting resellers, event planners, and retailers Explain product offerings (gift items, décor pieces, festive hampers, etc.) and generate interest Share catalogues, pricing, and customized solutions as per client needs Maintain follow-up schedules and convert leads into confirmed orders Handle incoming inquiries from digital campaigns, exhibitions, and referrals Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing Maintain daily call reports and update CRM systems accurately Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or B2B client handling Good communication skills in English and Hindi Ability to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email, CRM tools) Self-motivated and target-driven attitude Knowledge or interest in gifting trends and home décor products is a plus Perks & Benefits: Fixed salary + Incentives on annual bonus Friendly and growth-oriented work culture Opportunity to learn and grow in a design-forward industry Occasional product samples and employee discounts To Apply: Email your resume to dil.munjal@gmail.com.
