Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers or candidates. Explain products, services, or job opportunities in a clear and concise manner. Answer incoming calls and resolve queries. Follow up on previous calls and maintain proper records. Schedule appointments, interviews, or product demos as required. Update the CRM or database with call details and outcomes. Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Handle objections and convert cold leads into active prospects. Coordinate with the internal team for closures or follow-ups. Requirements:Minimum HSC or graduate (any stream). Prior experience in telecalling/customer service/sales preferred. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Confident, polite, and persuasive on the phone. Basic knowledge of using Excel or CRM software is a plus. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. candidate should be from kalyan , ullasnagar location
