We are seeking dynamic Telecallers to promote and sell computer software products.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote software solutions
Generate leads and convert them into sales by understanding customer needs
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM
Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals
Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling/telesales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle cold calling and rejection professionally
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Prior software/IT sales experience preferred
