Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Clinic Front Desk + Calling) Location: Viman Nagar, Pune Type: Full-Time Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives on conversions Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our skin and hair care clinic. This role is a mix of front desk reception and active tele-calling. The goal is to engage with potential patients, explain our services, follow up consistently, and convert leads into confirmed appointments and treatments. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Handle front desk reception and greet walk-in clients warmly • Make daily outbound calls to leads and inquiries received from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google, and other platforms • Follow up with past leads, missed appointments, or inactive clients to convert them into active bookings • Confidently explain clinic services, offers, treatments, and pricing to potential clients • Maintain daily call logs, appointment trackers, and lead management sheets • Coordinate with doctors and in-house team to ensure smooth consultation flow • Maintain a polite and professional tone while convincing and closing sales • Manage WhatsApp business chat responses and keep leads engaged • Achieve weekly/monthly conversion targets ⸻ Requirements: • Minimum 5 year experience in telecalling/sales/customer care/reception (clinic or beauty industry preferred) • Strong sales mindset and good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, English) • Comfortable handling both walk-in clients and phone/online inquiries • Must be target-oriented with a drive to close leads • Proficient in using phone, basic Excel, and WhatsApp Business • Polite, confident, and presentable ⸻ Perks & Benefits: • Attractive incentives on sales/conversions • Opportunity to grow within a reputed aesthetic clinic • Supportive and professional work environment
