Job Title: Telecaller – Solar Inverter Sales

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling or sales (preferably in solar/renewable energy domain)

Salary: Up to ₹12,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our solar inverter sales team in Surat. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers, generate leads, and help drive sales of solar inverters and related products.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell solar inverters.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or field inquiries.
• Maintain call logs, customer details, and feedback in CRM or Excel sheets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or inside sales.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (basic English preferred).
• Ability to learn technical details of solar inverters.
• Energetic, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Google Sheets).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
