Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective negotiation and sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients through telemarketing and warm calling, focusing on B2B sales within the technology sector. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting our technology solutions and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Proficiency in telemarketing techniques and inside sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience in business development or marketing is a plus.
