You will play a key role in generating new leads, building client relationships, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires a professional communicator with strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the B2B sales process. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective business clients to promote products or services Identify decision-makers within target companies and initiate sales conversations Understand client needs and tailor pitches accordingly Build and maintain a pipeline of leads Schedule and coordinate follow-up calls, demos, or meetings as per sales teams Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs Maintain updated records of conversations, leads, and sales activity Provide feedback from clients to support product/service development Requirements: Proven experience in B2B telesales, inside sales, or business development Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills Excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
