Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to promote products or services, handling inbound customer inquiries, maintaining call logs and customer information, achieving daily and monthly call targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires good communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage with customers over the phone.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and providing information about products/services
Ability to maintain accurate call logs and customer information
Strong persuasion skills and ability to achieve call targets
Experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
High school diploma or equivalent
