Job Title: Telecaller (Kannada, English & Hindi)

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller who can communicate fluently in Kannada, English, and Hindi. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and assist in client communication. Experience in technical support or IT support will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries.
• Explain our services (web design, mobile app development, and custom applications).
• Schedule meetings and follow up with interested clients.
• Maintain records of calls and client interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for lead conversion.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of telecalling or customer interaction experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in IT/technical support is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of web design and development services is a plus.

Education:

• Any degree. Diploma or BCA in Computer Science is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
