The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and prior experience in telecalling or customer support. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers. Explain our IT products and services clearly. Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads. Maintain accurate call records and daily reports. Work closely with the sales and marketing team. Requirements: Education: Minimum degree is mandatory . (BCA or Diploma in Computer Science will be an added advantage.) Languages: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada .
