Job Description

Key Responsibilities -

Make outbound calls to potential customers, electrical contractors, EPC companies, and solar installers to promote solar products (inverters, modules, BOS components, etc.).
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, availability, and technical specifications (after necessary training).
Maintain a database of customer details, feedback, and call records in CRM or Excel.
Follow up with existing leads to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams regarding order status, quotations, and deliveries.
Handle incoming calls, address customer queries, and direct them to the concerned department if needed.
Support in after-sales communication and service ticket follow-ups.
Achieve weekly and monthly call targets and lead generation targets.
Represent the organization professionally and maintain high standards of communication.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
