Job Description :

Initiate calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products or services.
Generate leads: Identify potential customers and their needs through research and sales pitches.
Explain products/services: Provide detailed information about products, services, and prices.
Achieve sales targets: Consistently work towards and meet or exceed set sales goals.
Build customer relationships: Maintain contact with existing clients, address issues, and identify upselling opportunities.
Handle inquiries: Answer customer questions and complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain records: Accurately update customer information, contact logs, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up: Follow up on leads and previous customer interactions to close deals.

Required skills and qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Strong customer service and rapport-building abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales software.
Ability to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role is often preferred.

Language's Preferable : ( Highly preferable for Multiple languages )

Tamil , English , Malayalam , Telugu and Kannada
