Outbound Calls: Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services, following scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging. Inbound Calls: Handling incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Lead Generation: Identifying potential leads through cold calls or marketing campaigns and following up to convert interest into sales. Customer Relationship Management: Updating customer information and interaction details in CRM systems. Sales and Service: Providing basic information about products or services, resolving complaints, and following up with customers. Documentation: Maintaining call records and reports. Compliance: Adhering to regulatory and legal guidelines for telecalling. Sales Skills: Ability to negotiate and close sales deals. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer complaints and provide solutions. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for data entry and using CRM systems. Listening Skills: Good listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
