The Key responsibility will be to handle lead validation and handle email marketing using pre-defined templates. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.Key Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.Handle Telephone Calls. And handle Lead Validation and sending the Lead to the concerned executive in the CRM and Whatsapp.Sending the I level Intro Mail to the Callers as per the pre-defined template.Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements Previous Experience In a Customer Support Role.

Track record of over-achieving quota.Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.Knowledge of English, Telugu and Hindi.Qualifications: Any GraduateExperience: 1-3 years experience in Inbound and Outbound Tele calling.
