Qualification: HS passed/Graduate

Gender: Female only

Experience: Fresher/Min 6 months experience in relevant field (If fresher, she should have good communication skills in English, Hindi and Assamese)

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products/services and respond to queries politely and accurately
Maintain call logs and update customer information in the system
Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication
Assist with system-based tasks such as lead updates, and follow-up schedules
Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead conversion
Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service in every interaction

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (English and Hindi compulsory)
Basic computer knowledge
Confidence, patience, and a customer-first attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
