Sales Officer-HORECA

Experience Required: 3- 4 years in HORECA Sales / Industry/ FMCG / Foodservice sales

Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Officer to take complete ownership of our HORECA business in the Eastern Zone (Kolkata region). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and leader, capable of managing the entire sales cycle- from business development to client servicing-while driving sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently lead and manage all HORECA sales activities for the Eastern Zone.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and institutional clients.
• Drive end-to-end sales process: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closing, and after-sales support.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Take complete responsibility for market development, client retention, and business expansion.
• Regularly review market trends, competition activities, and customer needs to propose new business strategies.
• Represent the company as a trusted partner in all client meetings, trade fairs, and promotional activities.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and result-driven mindset.
• Deep knowledge of the Kolkata/Eastern region HORECA market.
• Ability to travel frequently and adapt to dynamic business needs.
