Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident FemaleTelecaller to join our admission counselling team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, explaining available programs, and assisting in converting inquiries into admissions through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to target students and explain available courses, colleges, and admission procedures.
• Handle incoming queries from students and parents via phone calls or messages.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and student responses in CRM or Excel sheets.
• Convert inquiries into leads and forward qualified prospects to the counselling team.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
• Provide accurate information and maintain a positive, professional tone always.
• Coordinate with the admission counsellors to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Minimum qualification – 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 6 Months in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools).
• Good listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle rejections gracefully.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: [Office timings –10:00 AM to 6:00 PM]
