Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, converting potential leads into admissions, and assisting the marketing team in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert potential leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
Support and boost the marketing team in promotional and outreach activities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the database.
Provide prompt responses to student inquiries and build a positive rapport with prospects.
Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to enhance overall performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
