Job Title: Lead Generation & Sales Executive – Website Development & SEO (Telecalling) Location:Office-Based Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Experience: 0–3 Years Industry: IT Services / Digital Marketing Reporting to: Founder Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to generate leads and convert prospects for our website development and SEO packages. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain digital services to potential clients over the phone. Key Responsibilities:Call and follow up with potential leads provided via CRM, website, or online channels. Explain our website development and SEO packages clearly and persuasively. Identify customer needs and pitch suitable solutions. Generate leads through outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and LinkedIn. Maintain accurate records of conversations and update lead status in CRM. Schedule meetings or demos with technical team when needed. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets. Handle basic objections and close sales independently. Requirements:Proven experience in telecalling or telesales is a plus. Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi. Basic knowledge of websites, SEO, and digital services (training will be provided). Ability to work with minimal supervision. Proficiency in using spreadsheets, CRM tools, or lead tracking systems. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Preferred Skills:Experience selling IT services, digital marketing, or SaaS products. Knowledge of WordPress, SEO tools, or basic web terminology.
