We are looking for a Telecaller who can confidently connect with potential clients, maintain consistent follow-ups, and manage data effectively using advanced Excel. The role requires excellent communication skills combined with the ability to organize and analyze call records, reports, and follow-up schedules. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound queries. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups. Update and manage call logs, lead data, and follow-up trackers in Excel. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.). Coordinate with the sales/operations team to ensure timely closure of leads. Meet call and conversion targets consistently. Required Skills Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Advanced Excel. Strong data management and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
