Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from clients to resolve their queries and concerns.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Provide excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, telemarketing, or related field.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Strong convincing power to close deals over phone calls.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
