Telecaller

You will use scripts to contact customers, gather relevant information, understand their needs, and suggest appropriate solutions based on their requirements. Your role will also involve resolving product-related queries, recording sales calls, and processing customer orders professionally. To excel in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in a similar sales position. Professional certification in sales and marketing would be advantageous. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, are essential. You must be organized, able to work independently or as part of a team, and capable of multitasking. Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to make decisions under pressure are also key requirements for this position. In addition to demonstrating good time management and a strong work ethic, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ability to handle stress and pressure is crucial.
