Yuva Group is a reputed real estate developer in Bangalore, dedicated to delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. With a strong presence in Chandapura and surrounding areas, we are expanding our sales team and looking for enthusiastic Tele callers to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
?Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Yuva Group's real estate projects.
?Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about ongoing and upcoming projects.
?Generate and qualify leads through regular follow-ups and maintain an updated customer database (CRM).
?Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for client meetings.
?Maintain a good relationship with prospective clients through effective communication.
?Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
?Provide feedback and market insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
?Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
?12 years of experience in tele calling or customer service (real estate experience preferred).
?Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (additional South Indian languages are a plus).
?Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
?Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools or Excel.
?Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
