Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Reminder & Booking Calls
  • Call customers to remind them about due vehicle services, insurance renewals, and AMC schedules.
  • Fix service appointments and coordinate with the workshop team for slot availability.
  • Confirm customer visit timing and service requirements.
  • Post-Service Feedback Calls
  • Call customers after vehicle delivery to collect feedback on service quality and satisfaction.
  • Record complaints or concerns and forward them to the Service Manager for quick resolution.
  • Maintain a log of all feedback calls and follow-up actions.
  • Call Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track inbound and outbound service calls daily.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with customers who missed appointments or delayed payments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls made, feedback received, and pending cases.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain updated customer contact details in the CRM or service database.
  • Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat visits and loyalty.
  • Assist customers with basic service-related queries and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Coordination with Service Team
  • Update the service team about customer appointments, reschedules, and special requests.
  • Communicate clearly between customers and technical staff for status updates or delivery confirmation.
  • Quality & Performance
  • Monitor service satisfaction scores and suggest improvements in call handling.
  • Ensure all calls follow company standards for courtesy and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Any Graduate / Diploma
  • Experience: 1–3 years in customer care or service telecalling (automobile sector preferred)
  • Skills Required:
  • Good communication in Tamil and English
  • Customer-handling and listening skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel )
  • Time management and follow-up ability
  • Professional and polite telephone manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
