Job Summary: The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and handling inbound inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to engage with people over the phone. This role is crucial for generating leads, promoting our products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads, promote products, and schedule appointments.
  • Inbound Calling: Professionally handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their questions, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Identify sales opportunities, explain product features and benefits, and persuade customers to take the next step, such as a site visit or a product demo.
  • Data Management: Accurately record all call details, customer information.
  • Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention required languages, e.g., Telugu, Hindi, and basic English] are a must. The ability to speak clearly and persuasively is essential.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or in a similar customer service/sales role. Candidates with 1-7+ years of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Active Listening: The ability to listen carefully to customer needs and respond empathetically and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues and provide suitable solutions.
  • Patience and Resilience: The ability to stay calm and professional while handling a high volume of calls and dealing with rejections.
  • Time Management: Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet targets efficiently.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Competitive, based on skills, experience, and interview performance, with performance-based incentives and bonuses.
  • Working Hours: [e.g., 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday].

Pay: ₹8,399.33 - ₹23,835.48 per month
