Responsibilities Ø Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers. Ø Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and budget. Key Skills Required · Strong communication and persuasion skills. · Basic knowledge of real estate trends and market conditions. · Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up effectively. · CRM software proficiency. · Target-driven and customer-centric approach. Qualifications & Experience 1.Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business, or Real Estate). 2. 1-3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or telemarketing.
