We are seeking a Visa & Travel Consultant with excellent communication and client-handling skills to join our team at NorthBay Consultants. The role involves guiding clients through the visa, tourist, and travel documentation process, ensuring smooth assistance, and providing accurate information in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities:Explain visa and travel processes clearly to clients (tourist, business, student, etc.). Guide customers in preparing the required documents and forms. Handle client queries over phone, email, and in-person meetings with confidence. Maintain strong knowledge of different countries’ visa requirements. Assist in preparing applications, checking documentation, and tracking progress. Provide personalized support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams and consulates/embassies where required. Keep updated with changing immigration rules and regulations. Requirements:Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English & regional language). Ability to explain processes in a simple, professional, and convincing manner. Prior experience in visa consultancy / travel industry preferred but not mandatory. Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM tools).
