Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Callers to join our customer service and sales team. As a Tele Caller, you will be the first point of contact with potential and existing customers, providing information about our travel packages and converting inquiries into bookings. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote travel packages. Handle inbound inquiries, provide detailed information on tours, flights, and bookings. Follow up with leads via phone, email, or messaging apps. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer queries and resolve concerns in a polite and timely manner. RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduation. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Pleasant and persuasive voice with a customer-friendly attitude. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.
