We are looking for a Telecaller / Immigration Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing accurate immigration guidance, and ensuring a smooth counseling experience for students, professionals, and families seeking visas and immigration services. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound queries related to immigration and visa services. Counsel clients regarding visa processes, documentation, and eligibility criteria for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc. Provide accurate information and guidance based on client profiles and requirements. Maintain records of client interactions, follow-ups, and conversion progress in CRM/lead management system. Assist clients with document preparation, form filling, and application submission. Stay updated with the latest immigration rules, policies, and procedures. Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and client acquisition. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
