The Telecaller will be responsible for making and receiving calls to potential or existing customers, providing information about products and services, generating leads, maintaining customer databases, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include following communication scripts and meeting targets or goals set by the team. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in managing and updating customer databases Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and CRM software Fluency in spoken English and other regional languages is an added benefit High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
