Role Overview: We are seeking a confident and articulate Female Telecaller with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a professional, courteous, and efficient experience for clients and partners. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Communicate effectively in English and Hindi with students, institutions, and clients. Maintain call logs, client records, and feedback reports accurately. Assist in marketing and outreach campaigns for LAWVS events and competitions. Coordinate follow-ups for registrations, inquiries, and collaborations. Represent LAWVS with enthusiasm and integrity in every interaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent spoken and written English proficiency. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure. Basic computer literacy (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems). Prior telecalling or customer handling experience preferred.
