The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling software services, a deep understanding of client needs, and a hunger for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events. Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate IT services such as web development, mobile apps, cloud solutions, or managed services. Schedule meetings, conduct presentations/demos, and maintain consistent follow-ups. Collaborate with technical teams to craft customized proposals and solution documents. Manage the full sales cycleโ€”from lead generation to deal closure. Maintain and update CRM tools for lead tracking, sales forecasting, and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 2โ€“5 years of experience in business development or IT services sales. Knowledge of software development processes and technology solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsโ€”both written and verbal.
