Job Description                                                                                                                          Job Code: KSREDDY/06/0001 Position: Tele Caller cum Data Entry Operator (Engineering College) Qualification: Any Degree. Experience: Fresher’s or Lessthan1 year. Salary Range: 16000 per Month (Rs.13280/- Take Home+ ESI+PF). Location: Near Care Hospitals, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Languages: Telugu, English and Hindi Gender: Female Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM   Roles& responsibilities:   1.  Knowing the details of each PGDM program of the college and its different specializations details. 2.  Data nurturing and converting them to prospective leads 3.  Excellent convincing and coordination skills and able to convert an aspiring candidate into a final admission. 4.  Expert in decision making/ handling queries efficiently. 5.  Calling active graduate students to encourage and convert into admissions. 6.  Answering inbound calls and explaining the features of PGDM program and its benefits and services. 7.  Attending all other mode of queries in prompt responding. 8.  Initiating admission with potential students over the phone. 9.  Contacting existing students as and when it required. 10. Obtaining students information and other relevant data. 11. Making recordings/documenting of all the student’s contacts. 12. Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations. 13. It is a purely temporary assignment for few months in a year as per requirement of ESCI/SPGS 14. Work under Principal/ Authorised staff of SPGS/ESCI   Specific Role & Responsibilities:   1.     Tele Caller shall get to know about history of ESCI, School of Post Graduate Studies (SPGS) and Management diploma programs offered. 2.     Collect contact details of Leads (a lead is prospective candidate shown interest to pursue management diploma programs /courses offered by SPGS) to enable you to connect them through Tele calls, e-mail, What Sapp and other Social media etc. 3.     ESCI will provide a mobile with SIM which shall be maintained in good condition to each tele caller. 4.     They need to connect and converse with leads through ESCI provided mobile & SIM only. 5.     Responsibility to apprise the Leads about advantages of pursuing various Management diploma programs offered by School of Post Graduate Studies-ESCI and motivate them to apply for courses offered by ESCI 6.     Daily connected calls target is 60 +. 7.     Must send emailers / SMS / what Sapp messages to all Leads. 8.     Must submit report every day to ESCI at 5.00 pm on connected calls, emails sent and prospective leads likely to get converted in to admissions. 9.     Should check social media posts and website updates on daily basis.   Interested Candidates Can share the update CV on KSREDDYCONULTANTS.HR@GMAIL.COM Regards HR – Recruiters Team KS REDDY HR CONSULTANTS +91-8106871999/810682999
