Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Nagpur. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling customer inquiries, providing information about the company's services, and scheduling appointments. They will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow up on leads, and achieve targets set by the management team.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and customer databases
Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information
Experience in achieving sales or appointment-setting targets
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus
