The ideal candidate should have a strong background in investment-related calling and a passion for guiding clients through financial product offerings. ✅ Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential investors and explain investment products Educate clients on mutual funds, fixed deposits, SIPs, bonds, etc. Generate and qualify leads through outbound/inbound calls Ensure regular follow-ups and maintain accurate records in the CRM Assist clients with onboarding, documentation, and investment procedures Collaborate with the advisory/sales team for advanced queries Ensure compliance and maintain service quality standards 👤 Candidate Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO/investment/finance-related telecalling Strong knowledge of investment products (MFs, SIPs, Bonds, FDs) Fluency in Hindi & English is mandatory (both required – no exceptions) Strong objection handling and conversion skills Proficiency in CRM usage & MS Office tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Female candidates preferred 🎯 Why Join Us?
